Helping music departments thrive across Greater Manchester and the North West since 2012, Anthem Music School provides outstanding peripatetic music teachers to primary schools and secondary schools looking to strengthen their music provision. We partner with schools across Manchester and the North West to deliver reliable, high quality instrumental tuition that inspires students to develop musical skills, confidence and a lifelong love of music.

Through our rigorous recruitment process, every teacher is DBS checked, carefully vetted and selected not only for their musical expertise, but for their ability to engage young people and deliver outstanding classroom experiences. Alongside instrumental tuition and exam preparation, we create exciting opportunities that help students build confidence through performance, workshops and real musical experiences that give children something to work towards.

From one to one and small group instrumental lessons through to recording experiences, band workshops and live performances, we help schools deliver engaging music education without adding pressure to already stretched teaching teams. Above, you can see students performing at Anthem Music School's Christmas Concert hosted at Co-op Academy Manchester, one of many opportunities we create to help young musicians thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

Anthem provide several instrumental tutors for the music department I run in a secondary school. I just want to say how amazing all the teachers are that we have at the minute are. All are focused on getting the best out of the children and very helpful and supportive to the department as a whole.
